How do I return?

You may submit a return at our returns center .

Track my order 

  • Please note all refunds are processed via store credit. 
  • You can return your items within 21 days from your date of delivery.
  • Follow the instructions at our returns center given above to complete a return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
  • Please wait for online approval before sending your return. Otherwise, it will not be accepted, and no store credit will be issued.
  • Returned items must be in unused and resellable condition.
    (recommended to try shoes on indoor to avoid any signs of wear)
  • Shoes must be In the original shoe box in acceptable condition.
  • ALL sale, discounted and jewelry items are not returnable.
    No exceptions!
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my in-store credit?

  • Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund after it has been inspected.
  • If approved, the refund request will be processed within 3 business days after approval although we aim to process them right away.
  • Refine Her Label reserves the right to reject any return if any of these conditions are not met.

Please understand that these measures are taken out of precaution, for the safety of our customers. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority, so we will always do our best to fulfill your requests according to our standards at Refine Her Label.
